Community Capital Fund exists to build metropolitan Bridgeport and enhance the quality of life for its residents by financing small business and multi-unit property investments. Community Capital leverages bank, government, and private funding to provide loans for projects that meet our mission to benefit low and moderate income people. Often our loans provide funding that investors could not get through traditional lenders.
